I just got a new email message from PZ that I have not seen before:

The number is the ticket I opened for the Fantastico spam problem. Should this message really say that the ticket has been closed? (It has been closed.) The message was sent from support@page-zone.com, but that email to that address is rejected if you try to reply to it.

That is an automated reply from the Page-zone trouble ticket system. I think it means the ticket was closed. Not sure how you could find out more, though, as support seems to have vanished.

I opened a ticket today, and almost immediately got an email like that. The ticket is still open...
