There used to be a sticky post in the forums or a FAQ in the knowledge base for this, but I can not find it. How do I edit a DNS zone so that sendmail will use another IP address (domain) when sending email?

The individual cPanel account also lets you change the MX record for the domian. This screenshot is from the x3 skin in cPanel- under Mail-> MX Entry.
