Billing problem

I did not receive an invoice for September.

I submitted a help ticket to request one. The ticket remains open and with no reply: BHQ-21705-179

I have usually received invoices saying that payment is due today. Invoices that I receive from elsewhere mention a due date in the future; they don't call for complete attention today.

I expected an invoice with a today due date several days ago.

When my domain seemed unresponsive today, I didn't know whether it was because my account is "past due" (though I haven't seen an invoice) or because the IP addresses are changing, as announced here:

It turns out that it might have been neither of the above. TraceRt still finds my site at 8.9.24.94.

I would like to have the possibility of my account being turned off for nonpayment removed from the list of unknowns.

When might I receive an invoice?
