CGI calls returning 403 errors

Requests to various cgi scripts on 206.212.253.134 are returning 403 errors.

I checked and all permissions are 755.

Have there been changes to cgi functionality via mod_security or something?

Still no response to ticket or posting on this issue.

I suspect another mod_security change, but without knowing the string now banned, I can't fix anything.

Anyone know if there is a way to see the mod_security config?
