Live Support Rocks!

I just wanted to say that the live support rocks. I had a problem with my site sunday morning, clicked on Live Support and someone helped me out immediately, solving my problem and even helping me update my site software.

People usually only post when there are issues but I wanted to give some kudos to this new support mechanism. Much better than waiting for a support ticket.

Thank you for posting that. Sadly, It's human nature to complain about stuff we don't like, but to say nothing when something is good. It's nice to have a reminder everyone once in a while that the support folks do good work.

While I'm here, I want to thank Jim for posting updates in the Announcements section of the forum recently. It's very helpful as a customer to be aware of things being done to the servers, and to be aware of upcoming down time. And by subscribing to that forum section's RSS feed, I can stay on top of announcements without actually having to remember to visit the forum.

Yes, it's working out pretty good and 90% of the things get fixed without delay, and that's good for everyone.

I wish they had support like that with the help desk... submitted 2 tickets 11/21 and they have yet to be assigned to anyone
