Apple Finder error code-36 on FTP attempt

Customers recieving this error when attempting to FTP into your site using Apple Finder:

finder cannot complete the operation because some data in ftp://ftp.example.com/" could not be read or written (error code-36)

Should use a different login procedure.

Instead of typing ftp://example.com you should type ftp://username@example.com
