Spamassassin and forwarding mail

How do I run my mail through spamassassin and forward the non-spam to another address?

Since the shell seems to have standard Redhat Linux on it there are probably a number of ways to do it, for example using Procmail. Anybody using Procmail here? [Unfortunately my programming skills are close to nonexistent and I was hoping someone would provide or point to some step-by-step directions]
