I am a new customer here as well, I got a cheap package just to test the service and support and I plan to get a reseller account as well. I found that my account was active within an hour or so, I got an e-mail with all the info. (There was a mistake on the IP but that was resolved very quickly) So, it shouldn't be much different for a reseller account. Expect an e-mail very soon.

I am doing the same. I searched around and found this to be an awesome deal. I have a reseller account at another web host and it is identical to this one except it is bit higher in price.

The night shift for support starts about midnight New York time so orders which come in between 2:00PM EST - Midnight EST will usually be setup by 2:00AM. Orders which come in any other time are usually 15 minutes to a few hours depending on the work load for support calls at the time. We try to hurry though.
