Advanced Guestbook

I hav tried twice. I cannot setup an Advanced Guestbook from cPanel.

Here is what I get:

So far so good but then clicking "here" gives me:

http://216.180.243.210:2082/frontend.../cgi/admin.php
The page cannot be found
---

Then I try:
---
Modify an existing Guestbook
forum
gjestebok
---

Which gives me:
http://antipsykopat.net/gjestebok/admin.php
The page cannot be displayed
---

So?

Because the domain name doesn't resolve to our server you are getting the second error. You need to use the temporary URL along with /forum/admin.php in order to get in.
