ftp quota

Hi,

I'm on the 100mb plan and I was wondering if it's possible to create disk space quotes for ftp users. (i only have a couple)

For example, i have user fred.craziness.us which is the directory /home/fred/ and I would like to only let him upload 10mbs worth of files.
