mail servers and dead links on page-zone.com

What are the POP3 and SMTP server info for setting up Outlook Express? mail.mydomain.com? I can't seem to find this anywhere...

Also, the link to Page-Zone's helpdesk at
http://page-zone.com/helpdesk does not seem to be working. It leads to an old home page or something.

On the Control Panel Demo at
http://www.page-zone.com/cpanel_demo/ the links to CGI Mail and Download Raw Access Log do not work either.

SInce it is a DEMO, it does not have any log files for you to download.
