Redirect Form

I am trying to find out what is the best script (perl or javascript) to do the following:

I am looking for a form that would accept information, then upon hitting submit it would email me the information, then redirect to another page. I came across some javascript that would do the job, but it was hard to reconfigure the form. It would either fail to send the information but would redirect or vice versa.

I appreciate any information on this. Plus, if you could be so kind, could you tell me where I could get the script that you reccommend?

At my previous job, I had to make on-line forms so different departments could request services from our IT dept.
I use to make forms in Word and use Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) to generate the code for the form submittal.

Perhaps this would work for you?
