No mail, no web site, helpdesk doesn't work...

Help please! Everything has been working fine for months. Now this evening I tried to check my email and Outlook told me that the server doesn't exist. Then I checked my web site, but I got a 'page unable to be dislayed' error. Then I tried to report it via the help desk. When I try to login, it seems to take my name and password, and says it's taking me to the help desk, but then it just kicks me back to the login prompt. Would someone please try to figure out what's going on with my site?

Okay, it seems to be back, although I have the feeling I've lost any email that I should have received while it was down since everything was empty and I nearly always get several messages from an email list I subscribe to. Still, at least it's back.
