Can't login

Hi - our webmaster just set up our account on Page-zone the buggered off on a holiday without setting up our email accounts or leaving us the login and password information to do so ourselves.

He always uses the same password for our stuff so I figure I can get in there and do it myself but I don't know how to access our cpanel or what the syntax of our login name would be. If our site is domain.com would our login be domain? And where would our cpanel be located?

For security reasons, I doubt you'll get an answer here.

Enter an Help Desk ticket at the Page-Zone Help Desk and Jim will see the ticket right away. He's probably the only one who can confirm that you are who you say you are!

Cpanel is at http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel/ Log in using the username/password sent in the welcome email from us and create the email addresses.

Until you do that all email to "any word" at your domain (anything@yourdomain.com) will go to the default email account. Nothing should be lost but there will be a lot of sorting to do until you set up the email accounts.
