Help Ticket Systems -

Some general thoughts on help ticket systems:
- Carefully fill out the ticket, send it to the correct dept.
- Include a working email address that will receive from any domain.
- Check the recommended fixes before sending.
- Make sure you send the ticket, and receive a key or link
- If you don't receive an answer, or the problem is not fixed, open the SAME ticket, add information, raise priority, and submit.
- Give support a reasonable amount of time to fix.
- Use as few words as possible to describe the problem.
- NEVER submit duplicate tickets.
- If a ticket is closed, and you feel the problem is not fixed, re-open the ticket and say why. Be sure to hit the SEND button.
