DNS Issues -

When troubleshooting DNS issues it helps to have a couple spare DNS servers on hand to use besides your ISP's servers. Here are a couple public DNS servers we use from time to time:
4.2.2.1
4.2.2.2
To use them (on a Windows system) you need to get to your network properties panel somehow. Getting there is diiferent depending on your version of windows. See the screenshot for the method of adding the DNS servers to your TCP/IP properties.
There are many public DNS servers available, a search at google would no doubt yield more.
