help! plz - I cannot upload a website

I am a new reseller and I added a website to my list in my cpanel and I cannot upload the web pages ... the DNS #'s are right, so it's not that.... anybody else have this problem ? any ideas ? I'm fishin' for 'any' idea, it just may be the answer!!

What are you using to upload? What happens when you upload (is there an error message)?

it won't let me login no matter if I use Dreamweaver MX or CuteFtp, and it gives me the message that I have the wrong username and password, but I know that's not right and I've changed the username and password "both" a few times. I initially logged in and uploaded some pages and it cut me off and said I exceeded the bandwidth amount, so I logged into my WHM panel and added a higher bandwidth for this account, and I couldn't login after that no matter what. And what's really funny is I don't remember uploading all the pages and they're all there! So it's a genuine blessing, regardless. I'd like to be able to login though for future uploads.... Here's the website url www.rosehepper.com, it's about my true life angelic experiences and I feel something has definately helped get those pages uploaded! Sorry, but I'm a siritual person.

Anyway, any ideas about why I can't login - plz send 'em to me.

ah, I see that the website is "not" showing up... it must have been in my computer's cache..... so I haven't uploaded much then and so.......... does it take long for a website to propagate to another's server, even if the DNS #'s have been changed AND they are this current server's DNS #'s ALREADY ?

btw, I just changed the DNS #'s on the 12th.... so that was only last FRIDAY .... and this is Sunday.... so maybe it's going through the Propagating stages ? I have checked the DNS #'s and they are page-zone's now.

I don't know if this helps you any, but your domain name is propagated here in RI as of 7:56 pm. There is no index page uploaded so I just get the directory listing. Even if your domain is not fully propagated at your location, you should be able to login either by using your IP number as in xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/~username, where username is preceeded by the tilde and is the username of the domain you wish to log in to. Another method is to use your resellers domain name followed by the tilde and username of the domain you wish to login to as in http://mydomain.com/~username. I hope this is some help to you.

thanks for the info - it all helps, and now I got it! I changed the password and now used the new one and it worked.
