Configure Support Request - 10-21-2004, 09:37 PM

I've noticed new features in the latest (new) WHM and cPanel - and have been trying to get one to work

I've used the Configure Support Request Submission section (WHM) to try to set it up so my clients can use the "Submit a Support Request' (cPanel) and it will redirect them to my contact page.

Everything seems to work but the cPanel account still says:

Support Request Submit
The System Admin has not configured this feature yet.

Anyone else been able to set this up - I'd really like to have this feature so my clients can use cPanel to submit a support question.
(I have a online support script that I'd like to send them to)

BTW: some of the other new features look 'cool' - especialy the image manager

I'm not sure when CPanel & WHM got updated but I'm loving the new features. I'm getting the same result as you on configuring the support email though. Did you ever resolve it?

I wanted to point out how great some of the other new features in the WHM are. I've just configued a custom feature set and assigned it to my clients so their control panel only has email and stats and nothing else! I LOVE it.

I'm pretty sure they CPanel dev. still doesn't have that working. It's a loose end. I just checked the site and there is nothing there except posts describing the same problem, but no solution.
