Quota exceeded notification -

This is a bit frustrating. I've been waiting all day for an email from a client. I just figured out that I'm not getting ANY email at my business account. In checking WHM my quota was set to 200 and I was AT 200. Since I have my email address listed, why wasn't I notified? I was NEVER notified. Of course the address I have listed is the one for that account so unless it sent it prior to cutting me off that could be part of the problem. And apparently emails that are sent once you're over quota don't bounce or get saved they simply evaporate! At least it was only ME and not one of my clients. I need to know why/how this happened so I can prevent it in the future.
