DNS all $*## up!
I've avoided posting here, but I'm really getting no resolution through the ticket system.
A while back, there was aparanty a hard drive failure on wwwroot19.net where all my sites were.
So they seemed to move them to wwwroot15.net... sort of.
The problem is that 16 domains are pointing to page-zone's own server (a-1.pgzn.com), 6 still point to the now-defunct wwwroot19.net server and the other 30ish point to the wwwroot15 server. And it keeps changing.
Helpdesk insists they are all pointing to the "new" server, but I don't even know which one that is (root15 or pgzn). This is a HUGE problem because everytime one "moves", all changes get lost. Even my WHM is a gigantic problem because I show 46 accounts when I log in to root15 but 49 when I log into pgzn... I can't login to root19 because its down now (for good?).
I've been a customer for a LONG time, and PZ has never been very good at notifying when there's a change... so I started to wonder if the nameserver schema has changed. What nameserver should I be pointing my domains to? I have them going to ns1.wwwroot.net and ns2.wwwroot.net because that's the way I was originally told to do it and never told anything since.
Thanks

Hi Steven,
It looks like you have some things here that only tech support will be able to help with. And since the ticket system isn't getting results, I too would start a conversation here.
When I create a new account through Web Host Manager, it shows me the info for nameServer1 and nameServer2. When I use my email address for the new account's contact info I get an auto email (from my cPanel) that includes nameServer1. On server 16, it comes through as ns1.wwwroot16.net.
So at my Registrar I use ns1.wwwroot16.net and ns2.wwwroot16.net (for my accounts on 16).
I know that doesn't solve your problems, but sometimes it helps to see what's working for another user.
