WHM access for non-reseller single domain account?

Anyone know if it's possible to get WHM access on a non-reseller, single domain plan? I've run into a need to make CNAME and SPF record updates, which would require WHM tools. Thanks!

Hi Jeremy,

I think WHM is only for multi-domain and reseller accounts. With a single domain account I think you'll need to submit a ticket and ask Tech Support to handle those changes.

If you submit a ticket - or better yet PM me through the forum and I'll set you up with a limited WHM with access to change the dns records. With a join date of 2002, we better make you comfortable.
