I am unable to access my web site and cPanel

If you are unable to access your web site, email, FTP and/or cPanel, your IP address could have been added to our firewall.

Why would you block me from my web site?

We would not purposely block you from your web site.  However, we run various tools to keep our servers secure and clean from viruses.  Repeated invalid login attempts or submitting any HTML or SQL code to our server may result in your IP address being blocked.

How can I be removed from your firewall?

To check our list and remove your IP address from our firewall, please follow the following steps.

Step 1

Login to our web site using the Login or My Account link at the top of this page.  Alternatively, you may click the following link: https://www.page-zone.com/client/clientarea.php

Step 2

Once logged into our portal, navigate to Services -> My Services.

Step 3

Locate the Unban Center button below the page title, My Products & Services.  Click the Unban Center button.

Step 4

Select the appropriate service that you are blocked from using the Product drop down.

Step 5

Now click on Check IP.  This will check our firewall on the appropriate server to see if your IP address has been blocked.

Step 6

If your IP address is currently blocked, it will display the reason why and the date/time the ban occurred. Click the red Unban button to unban your IP address from the server. Once unbanned, please try accessing your web site and confirm that it is now accessible.  If you are still unable to access your web site, please contact our support department by opening a Support Ticket.
